After much struggle and countless hours of web development I am able to get the the website finally online. It is just Indianbee next avatar, this blog was getting tremendous response from all quaters and I felt proud that so many of my fellow countrymen are willing to do anything to make our country proud. Hence the improvement of this blog.

I develop websites professionally so building one here was not the challenge but the hours I had was very limited, I had jossle between CAT, work and Indianbee. Hence the delay. I wanted to complete the websites well before Diwali, So my preparatio for CAT wont be compromised but things didnt go according to plan. No one to blame for the lapse than me, my lazy self.

But after CAT, after three weeks of designing, coding, and content writing, Indianbee has finally arrived. I hope everyone who wants to can use it to its full capabilities. If not the reason for creating Indianbee wont be achieved, a strong Indianbee community to discuss our nations issues.

I am not an expert on national security, not part of the media and not a celebrity either. This just me one among the billion that call this wonderful land homeland. These are my personal views and nothing more.

Everyone by now should be aware of that Mumbai is under attack, 12 terrorists armed with AK-47, Chinese made grenades and lots of RDX came in a boat and landed near coloba in the city. For those who don't know about coloba, its a place where most of the tourist to the city end up. Its the most cosmopolitan place in the city with lots of relatively affordable lodges for tourists.They then began their sinister mission to terrorise India's financial captial.

About 155 people have lost their life's and 350 people are injured some of them critically. Many of the dead and injured were people inside taj mahal and oberoi hotels.Though there are a million unanswered questions in my mind the most important and the hardest is what the intention of these barbaric attacks.

Now we know that the terrorist used Punjabi to communicate between them and they used Chinese made grenades. Mr.Pranab Murkerjee has said that a pakistani element may be involved and a strong action will be taken.

Our prime minister Dr.Manmohan Singh said something similar with a speech that was intended to calm citizens down but all that this did was just fuel the anger in my mind. Dont we need to send a strong message across the border? Don't we have the leaders with courage that drove the British back anymore?. Stop being diplomatic Mr.Prime minister.

Three of India's finest Citizen gave their life's fighting terror. Yet we remain diplomatic. Its a war on terror now. We have to do justice to the men who gave their lifes yesterday and to those before them. In the Picture Vijay Salaskar(L) Ashok Kamte(R) nd Hemant Karkare(C).

All through the day I didn't see a single leader helping the NSG or ATS, haven't seen anyone on TV giving a strong message to the terrorist. India needs a politicians who work for their country and not themselves. India needs politicians who act and not react.

Men with power must realise that they have life's of millions on their shoulders and its time to show the people what they are capable of, If you are a politician its now the time to act.

We the people should also do whatever we can, We must enter politics and not just think about ourselves. I am going to enter politics, I am not sure when and how I am going to enter politics but I am clear on why I need to enter.

Because its time we saved this country from people who use religion,caste,creed, and region to gain at the cost of our nation. This country needs a healing touch, it needs us, it needs youngsters with fire in their heart.

Patience is the companion of wisdom.I understand this but how long can we remain patient? India has a shot at redemption both economically and socially if we squander it now then I am afraid we may not get another shot at it for a very long time.

This attack has a far reaching consequence which will affect every single Indian directly or indirectly. After such frequent attack who else would be interested in having his company in India? We the aam aadmi have worked so hard to get this nation some respect, its not the politicans who are taking India forward. It is their citizens who toil against all odds in conditions that are alien to them just to get a better standard of life.

Lets not take advantage of this, it has taken so much hardwork from a lot of people to get us here lets not go back to were we started.

India has made history at 8.00pm IST by having its tri colour on the moon !! It is a proud moment for us especially when communal forces are trying their best to create havoc. This project has inspired millions and will inspire millions of Indian youths just like me.

Yes!! This is just a small step in terms of space exploration but all the great journey begin with small steps never in my wildest dream have I thought about India launching a mission to moon but it has done that now. India has a way to surprise even its own people both in the right and wrong way. India has always been the country of extremes and it will continue to be, but what is pleasing to see about my generation is that we have an attitude that no matter what the conditions are we wont give up, the never say die attitude.

The youths of today are not reckless and mindless about their future as well as their country's future.India needs its young men to stand up and be counted.I as a blogger will do all I can to reach out and I as a business will do all I can to bring value to the economy of my beloved country. I am a Malayalee but was born in tamilnadu studied in tamilnadu and now work in Mumbai So what does that make me?? I am not Malayalee or Tamil or Mumbaikar what am I?? the answer is simple a human first and then an Indian. Don't argue there was no Indian before 1947 it was only a patch work by the British if so, there was no Tamil,Marathi or Malayalee before we learnt to speak.Be proud today and lets make our nation proud everyday.

These are the specification of Moon Impact Probe!!

The impact probe of 35 kg mass will be attached at the top deck of the main orbiter and will be released during the final 100 km x 100 km orbit at a predetermined time to impact at a pre-selected location. During the descent phase, it is spin-stabilized. The total flying time from release to impact on Moon is around 25 minutes.
The primary objective is to demonstrate the technologies required for landing the probe at a desired location on the Moon and to qualify some of the technologies related to future soft landing missions.

Major Objectives:

Design, development and demonstration of technologies required for impacting a probe at the desired location on the Moon.
Qualify technologies required for future soft landing missions.
Scientific exploration of the Moon from close range.

Payload Configuration Details:

There will be three instruments on the Moon Impact Probe

Radar Altimeter – for measurement of altitude of the Moon Impact Probe and for qualifying technologies for future landing missions. The operating frequency band is 4.3 GHz ± 100 MHz.
Video Imaging System – for acquiring images of the surface of the Moon during the descent at a close range. The video imaging system consists of analog CCD camera.
Mass Spectrometer – for measuring the constituents of tenuous lunar atmosphere during descent. This instrument will be based on a state-of-the-art, commercially available Quadrupole mass spectrometer with a mass resolution of 0.5 amu and sensitivities to partial pressure of the order of 10-14 torr.

The dimension of the impact probe is 375 mm x 375 mm x 470 mm

MIP System Configuration

The Moon Impact Probe (MIP) essentially consists of honeycomb structure, which houses all the subsystems and instruments. In addition to the instruments, the separation system, the de-boost spin and de-spin motors, it comprises of the avionics system and thermal control system. The avionics system supports the payloads and provides communication link between MIP and the main orbiter, from separation to impact and provides a database useful for future soft landing.

The mission envisages collecting all the instrument data during descent and transmits to main orbiter, which in turn will transmit them to the ground station during visible phases.

My Uncle who is a businessman himself said to be once when we were talking about what it takes to start a new company he said this "business is not a sprint it is a marathon" What it means is that when you want to succeed in business you have to prepare and sustain your performance for a longer duration.

You just need the courage, intuition and hard work to succeed. Yes there are factors outside our control but if you start worrying about them then you will never start a business of your own. Like I met a guy yesterday at time class and he was asking bhai is it okay to go for IIM this year the world is in recession will we get a job when we pass out?? this was his question

You might think that he will be a great manager for an MNC but I thought he will never be an entrepreneur. Entrepreneur they say can see light when there is no tunnel, but I think they create the tunnel and the light.Intuition is good only when it is postive, when your vision turn negative everything becomes confusing you will never take a decision. To make decisions sometimes who have ride the lady lucky by good assumptions.

Believe it or not everyone cannot be a entrepreneur ,they are a special bread should be nutured but never constrained.Self belief is another important factor for an entrepreneur, he will believe that he can create earn more from the market when the chips are down for he never listens to others opinion to get his thought fogged out.

Yes!! Chandrayaan -india's mission to moon has sucessfully completed the first phase of the mission that is to get the space craft into orbit!! My.Madhavan Nair (chairman of ISRO) said that mission has so far gone without any glitch and hope that the mission will not have any setbacks.

Watch the PSLV-XL (PSLV-C11) Rocket inject the 1380 kg mass Chandrayaan spacecraft into a 255 x 22860 km orbit.

Which aparently no one did!! they just thought the information is legit and blogged it!!

Poverty is not a curse that we have to live with for the rest of our lives, it can be removed. Let our generation be known for removing poverty.

Youtube on 25th SEP 2008 launched a massive Campaign "In My Name,” carrying the same message. It’s going to do its part to fight global poverty by launching “ a global effort to raise awareness around eight time-bound, measurable goals that the United Nations set back in 2000 to combat global poverty. Known as Millennium Development Goals, the ideas outlined during that session were promises made to the poor to hold world leaders accountable for not doing enough for those that have fallen below the poverty line and force leaders to do more to help them.

YouTube is teaming up with Will.i.am of the Black Eyed Peas, and nonprofit organizations Oxfam, GCAP, Save the Children, and Comic Relief to get the word out that poverty throughout the world needs to be eradicated.

For its part, YouTube has launched a new channel on its site where users can upload a video stating their name, home country, and simple message to their respective government about the need to meet the poverty goals. The company will accept videos until November 1. Once that date has passed, YouTube will create a mash-up of the most powerful submissions from around the world and broadcast it directly to the United Nations General Assembly.Lets stop talking and start doing.

The scientific payload has a total mass of 90 kg and contains six Indian instruments and six foreign instruments.

* The Terrain Mapping Camera (TMC) has 5 m resolution and a 40 km swath in the panchromatic band and will be used to produce a high-resolution map of the Moon.

* The Hyper Spectral Imager (HySI) will perform mineralogical mapping in the 400-900 nm band with a spectral resolution of 15 nm and a spatial resolution of 80 m.

* The Lunar Laser Ranging Instrument (LLRI) will determine the surface topography.

* An X-ray fluorescence spectrometer C1XS covering 1- 10 keV with a ground resolution of 25 km and a Solar X-ray Monitor (XSM) to detect solar flux in the 1–10 keV range. C1XS will be used to map the abundance of Mg, Al, Si, Ca, Ti, and Fe at the surface,nd the XSM will monitor the solar flux. This payload is a collaboration between Rutherford Appleton laboratory, U.K, ESA and ISRO.

* A High Energy X-ray/gamma ray spectrometer (HEX) for 30- 200 keV measurements with ground resolution of 40 km, the HEX will measure U, Th, 210Pb, 222Rn degassing, and other radioactive elements
* Moon Impact probe(MIP) developed by ISRO is in turn a small satellite that will be carried by Chandrayaan-1 and will be ejected once it reaches 100 km orbit around moon, to impact on the moon. MIP carries three more instruments namely, a high resolution mass spectrometer, an S-Band altimeter and a video camera.

* Among foreign payloads, The Sub-keV Atom Reflecting Analyzer (SARA) from ESA will map composition using low energy neutral atoms sputtered from the surface

* The Moon Mineralogy Mapper (M3) from Brown University and JPL (funded by NASA) is an imaging spectrometer designed to map the surface mineral composition.

* A near infrared spectrometer (SIR-2) from ESA, built at the Max PlancNK Institute for Solar System Research, Polish Academy of Science and University of Bergen, will also map the mineral composition using an infrared grating spectrometer. The instrument will be similar to that of the Smart-1 SIR.

* S-band miniSAR from the APL at the Johns Hopkins University (funded by NASA) is the active SAR system to map lunar polar ice. The instrument will transmit right polarized radiation with a frequency of 2.5 GHz and will monitor the scattered left and right polarized radiation. The Fresnel reflectivity and the cicular polarization ratio (CPR) are the key parameters deduced from this measurments. Ice shows the Coherent Backscatter Opposition Effect which results in an enhancement of refelections and CPR. With the data the water content of the moon polar region can estimated.

* Radiation Dose Monitor (RADOM-7) from Bulgaria is to map the radiation environment around the moon.

I am from tamilnadu and here we get only 15 hours of power everyday. So the remaining 9 hours we go back to stone age. Tamilnadu is one of the fastest growing states in the whole of India as the growth rate increased so did the amount of electricity that is required to push the growth further. Even a child can understand this simple equation but unfortunately the tamilnadu government lead by DMk didn't. They didn't foresee the need to develop power plants and they didn't see the need to improve the power distribution infrastructure instead they were more focussed on giving free television sets.

When will the people of tamilnadu wake up??

When will the politicians stop being corrupt at least for awhile??

It's the time for India!

It's a golden chance for India to grow to give the millions of people who call her home hope!!

I am proud to belong to a religion which has taught the world both tolerance and universal acceptance. We believe not only in universal toleration, but we accept all religions as true. I am proud to belong to a nation which has sheltered the persecuted and the refugees of all religions and all nations of the earth. I am proud to tell you that we have gathered in our bosom the purest remnant of the Israelites, who came to Southern India and took refuge with us in the very year in which their holy temple was shattered to pieces by Roman tyranny. I am proud to belong to the religion which has sheltered and is still fostering the remnant of the grand Zoroastrian nation. I will quote to you, brethren, a few lines from a hymn which I remember to have repeated from my earliest boyhood, which is every day repeated by millions of human beings: "As the different streams having their sources in different paths which men take through different tendencies, various though they appear, crooked or straight, all lead to Thee."

The present convention, which is one of the most august assemblies ever held, is in itself a vindication, a declaration to the world of the wonderful doctrine preached in the Gita: "Whosoever comes to Me, through whatsoever form, I reach him; all men are struggling through paths which in the end lead to me." Sectarianism, bigotry, and its horrible descendant, fanaticism, have long possessed this beautiful earth. They have filled the earth with violence, drenched it often and often with human blood, destroyed civilization and sent whole nations to despair. Had it not been for these horrible demons, human society would be far more advanced than it is now. But their time is come; and I fervently hope that the bell that tolled this morning in honor of this convention may be the death-knell of all fanaticism, of all persecutions with the sword or with the pen, and of all uncharitable feelings between persons wending their way to the same goal.

India to this extent holds a good advantage over many other countries of the world. With its large population of over a billion people there is a huge market for products and services. India’s population has a very interesting demography that creates almost a perfect environment for biotech companies to shift bases here. In addition the Indian sub-continent, which occupies only 2.4% of the total global surface area, has the most varied species of flora and fauna. A study shows that, in percentage terms, India has about 7.6% of total mammal species, 12.6% of bird species,
11.7% of fishes and roughly 6.0% of total flowering plants that are present in the world. Biotech companies, by moving to India, can utilize this immense Bio-diversity, can easily find samples and, also conduct field research much more efficiently. Adding to this, India has one of the largest agriculture sectors in the world, and varied climatic zones that can help in research and development of different agribiotech products applicable worldwide.

The Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle (usually known by its abbreviation, PSLV) is an expendable launch system operated by the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO). It was developed to allow India to launch its Indian Remote Sensing (IRS) satellites into sun synchronous orbits, a service that was, until the advent of the PSLV, commercially viable only from Russia. PSLV can also launch small size satellites into geostationary transfer orbit (GTO).

In september 2008 Indian scientists developed a path-breaking technology that has the potential to increase the range of missiles and satellite launch vehicles by at least 40%.The enhanced range is made possible by adding a special-purpose coating of chromium metal to the blunt nose cone of missiles and launch vehicles. This would add-up on the stated range.

The First Indian Lunar Mission

Chandrayaan I is ISRO's ( Indian space research organisation) first mission to moon. Chandrayaan is Hindi for "Moon Craft". The spacecraft bus is roughly a 1.5 meter cube with a dry weight of 523 kg. It is based on the Kalpansat meteorological satellite. It will also carry a 30 kg probe designed to be released from the spacecraft and penetrate the lunar surface.

Chandrayaan, India's historic moon mission, will be launched between October 22 and October 26. Director of the Indian Space Research Organisation's Satellite Centre Dr T K Alex and Project Director of the Chandrayaan-I mission Dr Anna Durai informed media persons at Bengaluru on Thursday that the exact date for the launch has not been fixed, but the window period is between October 22 and 26.

I am starting this blog to showcase the different aspects of being an Indian in present day India. India is growing at a incredible pace with GDP touching a unprecendented 9% in 2008.India has never had it so good after the independence.I believe like so many other indians that our time is now!! yes our time is now!! To rise up and be counted we cannot miss this oppurunity to rise. For a nation like ours GDP growth of 9% is the only way to improve quality of life for the 300 million people that are below the poverty line (ie $1 a day) in our country.I hope this blog willl be the spark that ignites the fire within every Indian, the drink that quenches the thrist of the millions like me who want to see their beloved nation get the best of everthing!!
